Prior to using our phone banking, please contact a bank representative to enable this service for you.
Before using the telephone banking line, make sure you have your account number. Also have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) available. The first time PIN is set to the default which is the last four digits of your Social Security number. You will then be asked to change your PIN to a four digit number only you will know.
